We support HOAs, Firewise sites, and neighborhoods seeking Firewise USA® recognition with tailored, science-based wildfire mitigation strategies. This service includes:
Custom community-level wildfire risk reports with shared risk analysis of vegetative and residential fuels.
Guidance on Firewise USA® application, implementation, and ongoing compliance.
Support in drafting localized Community Wildfire Protection Plans (CWPPs) for micro-communities.
Presentations at HOA meetings or neighborhood gatherings, tailored to your site and concerns.
Discounted parcel-level assessments when neighbors collaborate on mitigation efforts.
All work led by Certified Wildfire Mitigation Specialists through the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).

Following the completion of a defensible space or home hardening project, one of our NFPA certified team members will come out to your property and document the work. This document has been used to verify work insurance agents, included into real estate listings and has been forwarded to local fire districts and Fire Wise community leaders. This report will include
6+ page detailed wildfire risk report for a property.
Highlights what actions have been taken to reduce the wildfire risk and offers prioritized actions to mitigate any remaining risks.
Cost: $75 following a project completed by MO's.
